What do you do?

I work for a family of businesses that provide tools, knowledge, and information that helps a business and its' owner become the best in their industry. I serve as a salesperson and a risk assessor. I have to be confident that we can deliver value to the client and I have to make sure the business owner is ready and open to work and changes that can accomplish the desired goal(s)
